IDIV Platform Overview

The Digital Visa Identity Platform (IDIV) is the primary identity and sponsorship verification layer for the Indonesian Visas ecosystem.

IDIV was developed to bridge the gap between physical travel documents and the digital requirements of modern Indonesia. It serves as a Digital Twin of a traveler's sponsorship and visa status, providing a secure, immutable reference for authorities, villa owners, and service providers.

Unlike a standard visa, which is a government-issued entry permit, IDIV is a facilitation and identity layermanaged by the sponsoring agency to ensure compliance, safety, and instant verification throughout the duration of a traveler's stay.

Double Scan Verification System

The IDIV platform utilizes a proprietary Double Scan Verification System to balance security and privacy:

  • First Scan (Public Check): Anyone scanning the primary card QR code is shown basic validity data (Full Name, Nationality, Visa Type, Expiry date, and Active Sponsor Status) for public validation.
  • Second Scan (Private Documents): Secondary links inside the verification portal lead to confidential files (original passport uploads, signed agreements). Accessing this section strictly requires entering a unique Access PIN sent privately to the user's Email/WhatsApp.
