Explanation of the digital verification process for authorities, partners, and immigration officers.
How It Works
The Indonesian Visas Verification System provides an instant, tamper-proof method to validate the authenticity of documents issued or facilitated by our agency.
1. Scan
Scan the QR code printed on the document using any smartphone camera.
2. Verify
You will be redirected to a secure URL starting with indonesianvisas.com/verify/.
3. Confirm
Compare the digital data on screen with the physical document.
Verification Statuses
VALID (ACTIVE)
The document is authentic, active, and recognized by our internal database. The holder is in good standing.
REVOKED / INVALID
The document has been cancelled, expired, or was never issued. Do not accept this document.
Data Visibility
To protect privacy, the public verification page displays only the essential information required to confirm identity and document validity:
- Full Name (Partial masking may apply in some contexts)
- Passport Number
- Visa Type
- Issuance Date
Note: Sensitive personal contact details and payment history are NOT accessible via the QR code.
Indonesian Visas provides administrative assistance and facilitation services. Final immigration approval, entry denial, and stay permits remain the sole authority of the Directorate General of Immigration of Indonesia.
