Process & Timing
Standard processing takes 7-10 business days. Expedited options (3-4 days) are available for urgent requests.
For the initial eVisa, no. However, if you extend your visa or convert to a KITAS, you will need to visit for biometric recording.
Generally, you need a passport valid for at least 6 months, a passport-style photo, and proof of $2000 Cost for living. Specific visas may require bank statements or sponsor letters.
Payment & Fees
We accept Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard), International Bank Transfers (Wise/Paypal), and local IDR transfers.
Immigration fees/taxes are non-refundable once paid to the government. Our service services fee allows for refunds only if the application hasn't been processed yet.
No, our pricing listed on the website is inclusive of government fees/taxes and our agency service fee.
Common Visa Problems
Overstaying incurs a daily fine (currently 1,000,000 IDR per day). Long overstays can lead to deportation and blacklisting.
Rejections are rare but usually due to document errors. We can help you identify the issue and re-apply.
No, the B211A is strictly for tourism (B1 Visa - Visa on Arrival), social visits, or business meetings. It does not permit employment. For working, you need a KITAS.
Travel & Entry
Yes, immigration requires proof of onward travel (a flight out of Indonesia) within the visa validity period.
Yes, once you enter Indonesia, you can travel freely between islands (Bali, Java, Lombok, etc.) as long as your visa is valid.
All travelers must fill out the ECD form (e-CD) upon arrival. We recommend doing this online 2 days before your flight.
