Visa Application Denial
If an e-VISA application is not approved by the Indonesian Government, Indonesian Visas Agency may provide a refund excluding the official visa fee and a 10% administration fee.
Force Majeure
In events beyond Indonesian Visas Agency's control, including natural disasters, political unrest, or system failures, refund terms may be amended or suspended.
Approved Visa
Once an e-VISA has been approved by Immigration, the application becomes non-refundable.
Submission to Immigration
Once an application has been submitted to Immigration, no refund can be issued, regardless of the applicant's decision to withdraw. If the application has been submitted and billing paid, no refund can be provided.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made before documents are processed are eligible for a 70% refund of the total fee paid. No refund is available after document processing has begun.
Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds are issued only to the original payment source and processed within 21 business days.
Refund Exclusions
Refunds are not applicable for personal changes or errors caused by incorrect information provided by the applicant.
