What is E33G Digital Nomad Visa?

The E33G Digital Nomad Visa is a limited stay visa intended for foreign nationals who work remotely for employers or businesses outside Indonesia, allowing them to reside in Indonesia while conducting overseas employment or business activities. Visa Digital Nomad E33G adalah visa tinggal terbatas yang diperuntukkan bagi warga negara asing yang bekerja secara jarak jauh untuk perusahaan atau bisnis di luar Indonesia, dan memungkinkan mereka tinggal di Indonesia selama menjalankan aktivitas pekerjaan atau usaha dari luar negeri.

Allowed Activities / Aktivitas yang Diizinkan

This visa does not permit employment, service provision, or income-generating activities within Indonesia, nor does it allow engagement with Indonesian entities for paid work. Visa ini tidak mengizinkan bekerja, memberikan jasa, atau melakukan aktivitas yang menghasilkan pendapatan di wilayah Indonesia, serta tidak memperbolehkan keterlibatan kerja berbayar dengan entitas Indonesia.

Tax & Legal Positioning / Posisi Pajak & Hukum

Tax obligations are subject to individual circumstances and applicable Indonesian regulations. Holders of this visa are responsible for ensuring compliance with all tax and legal requirements. Kewajiban perpajakan tunduk pada kondisi masing-masing individu dan peraturan perpajakan Indonesia yang berlaku. Pemegang visa bertanggung jawab memastikan kepatuhan terhadap seluruh ketentuan hukum dan perpajakan.

Other Provisions

Visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. If unused after that period, foreigners must apply for a new visa to enter Indonesia. Please note that the validity period of a visa differs from the length of stay; please check your visa for information on the length of stay. Limited Stay Permits and Re-Entry Permits will be issued automatically once you are granted entry by an officer at the Immigration Checkpoint. You are prohibited from staying in Indonesia beyond the period of stay, engaging in work inconsistent with your stay permit, or selling goods or services, unless required for your work.
