The E33E Second Home Visa for Retirees (5 Years) ('Visa Rumah Kedua Lansia') is a self-sponsored limited stay permit for foreign nationals aged 55 years or older who wish to reside in Indonesia. The permit is valid for an initial period of up to 5 years and is extendable, subject to a combined maximum stay of 10 years in Indonesia.
Allowed Activities
Holders may engage in tourism, shopping, and visiting family or friends, as well as work, education, and other activities, subject to reporting requirements to the issuing immigration office. Family members may accompany the holder if requirements are met.
Sponsor Requirements
All Visas except B1 Visa or VOA are recommended to use Sponsorship as your guarantor in Indonesia. You are free to choose whether to use a guarantor or not. By checking the Sponsor option in your order, you will be legally sponsored by us and you will receive a Sponsor ID / IDiv.
Period of Stay

Specific Requirements
Applicants must be aged 55 or older, hold a minimum of USD $2,000 in a bank account for the past 3 months, and provide an immigration guarantee commitment letter for a minimum of USD $50,000 deposited in a personal account at a state-owned bank, submitted within 90 days of entry. Applicants must also demonstrate a minimum monthly income or pension allowance of USD $3,000.
Other Provisions
The immigration guarantee value must be maintained throughout the validity of the permit. Prohibited activities include overstaying the permitted period, engaging in unauthorized work, and selling goods or services outside the scope of the permit.
