What is E32E Repatriation Permanent Residence Visa?
The E32E Repatriation Permanent Residence Visa is a self-sponsored permanent residence permit granted to foreign nationals who formerly held Indonesian citizenship (eks-WNI) and intend to reside and settle permanently in Indonesian territory.
Allowed Activities
As a permanent residence permit, holders may reside indefinitely in Indonesia. Permitted activities are subject to the applicable immigration regulations governing permanent stay permit (ITAP) holders.

Specific Requirements
Applicants must demonstrate a minimum income of US$15,000 per year or US$1,500 per month, sufficient to cover living expenses for themselves and/or their family. An immigration guarantee is also required: either an investment commitment (government bonds, listed shares, mutual funds, or bank deposit) of at least US$1,000, or property ownership in Indonesia valued at a minimum of US$1,000,000.
Other Provisions
Applicants are excluded if they are nationals of territories formerly part of Indonesia, previously served in a foreign government, military, law enforcement, or intelligence role, were involved in separatist movements, or acted against Indonesia's national interests.
