What is C13 Crew Visitor Visa?
With a C13 visa, you can join a means of transport located/stationed in Indonesia (join vessel). With this visa, you also can visit tourist spots and see friends and family. Dengan visa C13, Anda dapat bergabung dengan alat angkut yang berada di wilayah Indonesia (bergabung dengan kapal/pesawat). Dengan visa ini, Anda juga dapat mengunjungi tempat wisata serta bertemu teman dan keluarga.

Special Note
A letter of information or statement from a government agency or company stating that the person concerned will join the means of transport. Surat keterangan atau pernyataan dari instansi pemerintah atau perusahaan yang menyatakan bahwa orang yang bersangkutan akan bergabung dengan alat angkut.
Other Provisions / Ketentuan Lainnya
Foreigners without citizenship or holding non-national travel documents (emergency passports, laissez-passer, titre de voyage, etc.) must attach a Re-Entry Permit to the country of origin and a return/onward ticket. The visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance; if unused, it becomes invalid. Foreigners with a C13 visa are not allowed to sell goods/services or receive salary/compensation from Indonesian individuals or corporations.
Processing Time / Waktu Pemrosesan
Standard processing time at both the Representative Office and the Directorate General of Immigration is 5 working days after the visa payment is received.
