LEGAL POLICY DOCUMENT

Indonesian Visas Credits (IVC) Policy

Effective Date: July 5, 2026 · Version 1.0 · Governed under Indonesian Law

Article 1 — Definitions

"IVC" or "Indonesian Visas Credits" refers to the internal, non-monetary unit of account used exclusively within the PT Indonesian Visas Agency™ (MYVISA) platform (hereinafter "the Platform").

"Platform" refers to indonesianvisas.com and all associated sub-domains and services.

"Worker" refers to an individual employed or contracted to provide visa processing services through the Platform.

"Affiliate" refers to a registered partner of the Platform under the Affiliate Program agreement.

"Holder" refers to any Worker, Affiliate, or Client with an active IVC balance on the Platform.

"Administrator" refers to authorized personnel of PT Indonesian Visas Agency™ (MYVISA).

Article 2 — Nature of IVC

2.1 IVC is an internal incentive and accounting unit. It is not a cryptocurrency, digital token, electronic money (e-money), or investment product as defined under Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK) regulations or Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 20/6/PBI/2018.

2.2 IVC has a fixed internal conversion rate of 1 IVC = Rp 1,000 (Indonesian Rupiah). The USD equivalent is calculated at the prevailing live exchange rate at the time of withdrawal request and is locked at that moment.

2.3 IVC cannot be transferred between Holders. Each IVC balance is personal, non-transferable, and non-negotiable outside the Platform.

2.4 IVC is not redeemable for cash by Holders directly — withdrawals are processed manually by the Administrator via bank transfer or PayPal to the Holder's verified account.

Article 3 — Earning IVC

3.1 Workers may earn IVC through the following activities:

  • Job Post Submission: 1 IVC per approved job post (maximum 3 IVC per calendar day)
  • Client Chat Reply: 1 IVC per chat replied (maximum 5 IVC per day under normal volume; maximum 10 IVC per day when the Administrator determines high complaint volume)
  • Job Completion: 1 IVC per successfully completed and confirmed job assignment

3.2 Affiliates may earn IVC through:

  • Confirmed Referral Conversion: 1 IVC per confirmed visa order attributed to the Affiliate
  • Administrator Grants: Discretionary IVC bonuses issued by the Administrator for outstanding performance

3.3 Daily earning caps are enforced automatically by the Platform system. Any activity exceeding the daily cap will not generate additional IVC for that calendar day.

3.4 Artificially inflating activity counts to earn IVC (including but not limited to: creating fake job posts, sending empty chat messages, or self-referrals) constitutes fraud and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all IVC balances.

Article 4 — IVC Ledger & Audit Trail

4.1 Every IVC transaction is recorded in an immutable ledger. Each entry contains:

  • Unique transaction hash (txHash)
  • Date and time of transaction
  • Amount credited or debited
  • Transaction type and purpose
  • Minted by (System or Administrator ID)
  • Balance snapshot before and after
  • Reference ID (Order ID, Job ID, Chat ID, etc.)

4.2 No IVC transaction may be deleted, modified, or reversed except through an equal and opposite corrective transaction also recorded in the ledger.

4.3 Holders may view their full IVC transaction history from their dashboard at all times.

4.4 The Administrator retains full audit rights over all IVC transactions for compliance and fraud prevention purposes.

Article 5 — Client IVC Balance & Underpayment

5.1 Clients (visa applicants) may have a negative IVC balance if an underpayment is detected — for example, when the amount received is less than the invoice total.

5.2 A negative balance represents a debt obligation to the Platform. This debt must be resolved before or during the next service request from the same Client.

5.3 The Platform reserves the right to include outstanding debt in subsequent invoices automatically.

5.4 Overpayments may be credited as positive IVC to the Client's account at the Administrator's discretion.

Article 6 — IVC Withdrawal

6.1 Workers and Affiliates may request IVC withdrawal with a minimum amount of 10 IVC (Rp 10,000).

6.2 Upon withdrawal request, the IVC amount is immediately debited from the Holder's balance and held pending processing.

6.3 The USD/IDR exchange rate is fetched in real-time at the moment of the withdrawal request and locked in — it will not change during processing.

6.4 Only one pending withdrawal request is permitted at a time per Holder.

6.5 The Administrator will process withdrawal requests and manually transfer funds to the Holder's verified bank account or PayPal account within a reasonable timeframe.

6.6 If a withdrawal is rejected, all debited IVC is automatically refunded to the Holder's balance with a corresponding ledger entry.

6.7 Withdrawal is only permitted to accounts verified under the Holder's own identity. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

6.8 Holders must maintain accurate and current payment details (bank account, PayPal) in their profile. The Platform is not responsible for failed transfers due to incorrect payment information provided by the Holder.

Article 7 — Administrator Rights

7.1 The Administrator may grant, deduct, freeze, or forfeit IVC balances at any time for legitimate operational or compliance reasons, including but not limited to: fraud investigation, account termination, or correction of system errors.

7.2 Any Administrator action on IVC balances will be recorded in the immutable ledger with the Administrator's user ID.

7.3 The Platform reserves the right to modify IVC earning rates, daily caps, and conversion terms with 14 days' advance notice to active Holders.

Article 8 — Anti-Fraud & Compliance

8.1 The Platform employs automated monitoring to detect unusual IVC earning patterns. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be frozen pending review.

8.2 Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or circumvent the IVC system constitutes a material breach of the Platform's Terms of Service and may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Forfeiture of all IVC balances
  • Legal action under Indonesian law

8.3 The Platform retains all IVC transaction data for a minimum of 5 (five) years for audit and legal compliance purposes.

Article 9 — Limitation of Liability

9.1 IVC has no guaranteed monetary value outside the Platform. The Platform is not liable for any losses arising from changes to IVC earning rates, conversion rates, or system modifications.

9.2 The Platform is not liable for IVC balances lost due to account termination resulting from violations of these policies or Platform Terms of Service.

9.3 In case of Platform discontinuation, the Administrator will make reasonable efforts to convert outstanding IVC balances to IDR and remit to verified Holder accounts.

Article 10 — Governing Law & Jurisdiction

10.1 This IVC Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

10.2 Any disputes arising from this Policy shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be settled through the courts of the Republic of Indonesia.

10.3 PT Indonesian Visas Agency™ (MYVISA) is the sole issuer and administrator of IVC. Registered in Bali, Indonesia.
