Partner Agreement

ARTICLE 1 — PARTNERSHIP SCOPE
PT Indonesian Visas Agency appoints Partner as an independent affiliate to refer clients. This is a revenue sharing arrangement only — not employment, agency, or legal representation.

ARTICLE 2 — PROFIT SHARING
Partner earns 50% of Application Fee only. Government Tax (PNBP) is excluded. Payments made monthly, minimum $50.

ARTICLE 3 — PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Partner must not: (1) Represent themselves as Indonesian Government; (2) Use "Guaranteed Approval" language; (3) Engage in spam or misleading advertising; (4) Share, sell, or transfer their referral code.

ARTICLE 4 — TERMINATION
Either party may terminate with 7 days notice. Earned and confirmed balances will be paid upon termination. Pending balances subject to 30-day confirmation hold.

ARTICLE 5 — COMPLIANCE & POLICY
Partner agrees to strictly abide by and comply with all applicable terms, conditions, and guidelines outlined in our Affiliate Policy. Failure to comply may result in termination of this agreement and forfeiture of commission balances.
