What is E31H Parent of ITAS/ITAP Holder Child KITAS?
The E31H is issued to the foreign parent of a child who holds a valid ITAS or ITAP, permitting the parent to reside and pursue family-related activities in Indonesia for an initial period selected at application.
Allowed Activities
Holders may reside and pursue education-related activities in Indonesia, and may engage in tourism, visits to friends or family, and travel in and out of Indonesia while the re-entry permit remains valid.

Specific Requirements
Proof of sponsorship from the guarantor or a parental commitment statement; the child's birth certificate, translated into Indonesian by a certified/sworn translator unless originally in English; and the child's valid ITAS/ITAP or limited stay visa.
Other Provisions
The visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. Holders may not work outside the scope of the permit or engage in the sale of goods or services.
Processing Time & Procedure
Processing takes five working days after payment is completed. The procedure includes verification of the submitted requirements, verification of the fee payment, creation/verification of the applicant's profile, approval by the immigration authority, and issuance of the visa.
