What is E31E Child of ITAS/ITAP Holder KITAS?
The E31E allows a child of an ITAS/ITAP holder to reside and pursue education in Indonesia alongside their resident parent, for an initial period selected at application.
Allowed Activities
Holders may reside and pursue education in Indonesia, travel in and out of the country while the re-entry permit remains valid, and engage in tourism-related activities or visits to friends or family.
Sponsor Requirements

Period of Stay
The applicant selects an initial stay duration of either one (1) or two (2) years, counted from the date of arrival in Indonesia. The permit can be extended online via evisa.imigrasi.go.id and may later be converted into another category of stay permit in line with applicable regulations.

Specific Requirements
Marriage certificate of the parents, translated into Indonesian by a certified/sworn translator (unless already in English); the child's birth certificate, translated into Indonesian under the same terms; and the parent's valid ITAS/ITAP or limited stay visa.
Other Provisions
The visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. Holders are prohibited from remaining in Indonesia beyond the granted period of stay. This visa is not applicable for family dependents applying under the Golden Visa scheme.
Processing Time & Procedure
Processing takes five working days after payment is completed. The procedure includes verification of the submitted requirements, verification of the fee payment, creation/verification of the applicant's profile, approval by the immigration authority, and issuance of the visa.
