What is E31D Accompanying Child (WNA-WNI Marriage) KITAS?
The E31D is issued to a foreign-national child accompanying a parent in a legally recognized WNA-WNI marriage. It permits the child to enter and remain in Indonesia for an initial period selected at application.
Allowed Activities
Holders may reside in Indonesia and pursue education. Once granted a Multiple Entry re-entry permit, holders may also engage in tourism and visit friends or family, and travel in and out of Indonesia during its validity.
Sponsor Requirements
All Visas except B1 Visa or VOA are recommended to use Sponsorship as your guarantor in Indonesia. You are free to choose whether to use a guarantor or not. By checking the Sponsor option in your order, you will be legally sponsored by us and you will receive a Sponsor ID / IDiv.
Period of Stay
The applicant selects an initial stay duration of either one (1) or two (2) years, counted from the date of arrival in Indonesia. The permit can be extended online via evisa.imigrasi.go.id and may later be converted into another category of stay permit in line with applicable regulations.

- Valid passport with a minimum of 6 months remaining validity
- Bank statement for the last 3 months showing a minimum balance of USD $2,000 or equivalent

Documents not in Indonesian or English must be translated by a certified/sworn translator.
Specific Requirements
The child's birth certificate, translated into Indonesian by a certified/sworn translator; proof of the parents' marriage via a notarized Indonesian translation of the marriage certificate or Indonesian civil registry documentation; and the Indonesian parent's Family Card (Kartu Keluarga).
Other Provisions
Holders may not remain in Indonesia beyond the length of the stay permit, and unauthorized employment or the sale of goods/services is prohibited. The Limited Stay Permit (ITAS) and Re-Entry Permit are issued automatically once the holder clears immigration at the port of entry.

Processing takes five working days after payment is completed. The procedure includes verification of the submitted requirements, verification of the fee payment, creation/verification of the applicant's profile, approval by the immigration authority, and issuance of the visa.
