What is C7B Music Performance Crew Visit Visa (Single-Entry Visit Visa)?
The C7B visa is a single-entry visit visa to Indonesia, with a stay permit of up to 30 days from the date of arrival. This stay permit cannot be extended or converted into another type of stay permit.
Allowed Activities
Allowed: supporting a foreign national who is performing arts and cultural activities in Indonesia, including music performances, as well as tourism and visiting friends and family. Visa holders may receive payment or other benefits for their activities, but are not permitted to work under a formal employment relationship in Indonesia.
Sponsor Requirements
All Visas except B1 Visa or VOA are recommended to use Sponsorship as your guarantor in Indonesia. You are free to choose whether to use a guarantor or not. By checking the Sponsor option in your order, you will be legally sponsored by us and you will receive a Sponsor ID / IDiv.

Submission Requirements
- Application letter and sponsor's statement letter
- Valid travel document with at least 6 months of remaining validity before expiry (12 months for travel documents other than a national passport)
- Proof of funds to cover living costs while in Indonesia - a bank statement for the last 3 months, in the name of the foreign national or the sponsor
- Recent color photograph (taken within the last year)
- Invitation letter or impresario contract confirming the crew's supporting role

Specific Requirements
An invitation letter from the event organizer (for general arts and cultural activities), or a visa application letter from an impresario together with a work cooperation contract between the performer and the event organizer.
Other Provisions
Foreign nationals without citizenship, or holding a travel document other than a national passport, must attach a Re-Entry Permit for the country where the visa was applied for, along with a return or onward ticket. The visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. Visa holders are prohibited from engaging in arts, culture, or conduct that does not comply with applicable Indonesian regulations.
Processing Time & Procedure
Visa applications at the Directorate General of Immigration go through the following stages: completeness check of requirements; verification of immigration fee payment in accordance with prevailing regulations; profile creation and verification; approval; and visa issuance. Processing time follows the working days corresponding to the fee you pay, and processing begins after visa payment is received. Standard processing time is five working days after the visa payment is received.
