Visa Application Denial

In the event of a denial by the Indonesian Government, the Government Visa Tax (PNBP) is strictly non-refundable. However, our Administration & Application Fee is 70% refundable (with 30% retained as file completeness fee), and the Sponsorship Fee is 100% refundable.

Sponsorship Fee

The Sponsorship Fee is 100% refundable if your visa application is denied by immigration or if you cancel prior to submission.

Government Tax (PNBP)

Once the Government Visa Tax (PNBP) is paid to the authorities or if the visa is rejected, this portion of the payment is 100% non-refundable.

Approved E-Visa

Once your e-VISA has been approved by the authorities, all fees (Tax & Admin) become non-refundable as the service is fully delivered.

Administration & Application Fee

Our Administration & Application Fee is 70% refundable if requested before completion. A 30% deduction applies to cover initial document completeness and verification. Note that Calling Visa applications remain strictly 100% non-refundable due to manual submission and sponsor interview travel overheads.

Refund Method

Refunds can only be processed back to the original account/method from which the payment was received. Credit card refunds may be processed via direct bank transfer.

Cancellation Penalties

If you choose to cancel your application before completion, a 100% refund of the Sponsorship Fee and a 70% refund of the Administration & Application Fee is applicable. The remaining 30% of the Administration & Application Fee is non-refundable and is retained to cover initial document verification, completeness check, and administrative labor. Please note that the Government Visa Tax (PNBP) is 100% non-refundable once the application has been submitted to Immigration or if it is rejected.

Onshore & Offshore Specifics

  • Bank transfer refunds will have the bank fee deducted from the final amount (Client bears transfer costs).
  • Refund rates follow the official Indonesian bank currency rate at the time of processing.
  • Refunds are not applicable for change of mind after initial consultation and documentation start.
  • Calling Visa applications are strictly 100% non-refundable due to the high operational costs of our team traveling back and forth to Jakarta for manual submissions and face-to-face sponsor interviews.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days upon receipt of all required banking information. Requests must be sent formally via email to:
