18 March – 20 March 2026

Although the physical office will be closed during these dates, our team will continue receiving new visa applications online. Documents submitted during this time will be prepared and organised so that applications can proceed as soon as immigration services resume normal operations.

Advice for Foreign Nationals

Foreign nationals currently in Indonesia or planning travel are strongly advised to:

Prepare visa applications in advance
Submit visa extensions before the holiday period
Monitor visa validity dates carefully
Contact visa agents early if assistance is required

Holiday periods in Indonesia can affect government administrative processing, making early preparation essential to avoid delays.
