This stay permit can be extended multiple times, up to a total of 180 days. Extensions can be processed online by your sponsor through their registered account at evisa.imigrasi.go.id.

ข้อกำหนดในการยื่นเอกสาร / Submission Requirements

• จดหมายสมัครและจดหมายชี้แจงของผู้สนับสนุน / Application letter and sponsor's statement letter
• เอกสารการเดินทางที่ถูกต้องซึ่งมีอายุเหลืออย่างน้อย 6 เดือนก่อนหมดอายุ (12 เดือนสำหรับเอกสารการเดินทางที่ไม่ใช่หนังสือเดินทางประจำชาติ) / Valid travel document with at least 6 months of remaining validity before expiry (12 months for travel documents other than a national passport)
• หลักฐานทางการเงินเพื่อครอบคลุมค่าครองชีพในขณะที่อยู่ในอินโดนีเซีย - รายงานบัญชีธนาคารย้อนหลัง 3 เดือน ในนามของชาวต่างชาติหรือผู้สนับสนุน / Proof of funds to cover living costs while in Indonesia - a bank statement for the last 3 months, in the name of the foreign national or the sponsor

ข้อกำหนดพิเศษ / Specific Requirements

จดหมายเชิญจากหน่วยงานรัฐบาลหรือสถาบันเอกชนที่เป็นผู้จัดกิจกรรม / An invitation letter from the government agency or private institution organizing the activity.

ข้อกำหนดอื่น ๆ / Other Provisions

ชาวต่างชาติที่ไม่มีสัญชาติ หรือถือเอกสารการเดินทางอื่นที่ไม่ใช่หนังสือเดินทางประจำชาติ (เช่น หนังสือเดินทางฉุกเฉิน, เอกสารเดินทางฉุกเฉิน, ใบรับรองตัวตน, หรือใบผ่านแดน) จะต้องแนบใบอนุญาตให้กลับเข้าประเทศ (Re-Entry Permit) สำหรับประเทศที่ยื่นขอวีซ่า พร้อมตั๋วเครื่องบินไป-กลับหรือตั๋วเดินทางต่อไปยังประเทศอื่น วีซ่ามีอายุ 90 วันนับจากวันที่ออก หากไม่ได้ใช้ภายในช่วงเวลานั้นจะต้องขอวีซ่าใหม่ โปรดทราบว่าระยะเวลาความถูกต้องของวีซ่าแตกต่างจากระยะเวลาของใบอนุญาตพำนัก โปรดตรวจสอบวีซ่าของคุณสำหรับข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับระยะเวลาพำนัก ชาวต่างชาติที่ถือใบอนุญาตพำนักภายใต้วีซ่า C16 ถูกห้ามไม่ให้ขายสินค้าหรือบริการ หรือรับเงินเดือน ค่าจ้าง หรือค่าตอบแทนที่คล้ายคลึงกันสำหรับงานหรือกิจการธุรกิจจากบุคคลหรือบริษัทใดๆ ในอินโดนีเซีย / Foreign nationals without citizenship, or holding a travel document other than a national passport (such as an emergency passport, titre du voyage, certificate of identity, or laissez passer), must attach a Re-Entry Permit for the country where the visa was applied for, along with a return or onward ticket. The visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance; if unused within that period, a new visa must be obtained. Please note that the visa validity period differs from the length of the stay permit - please check your visa for information on the length of stay. Foreign nationals holding a stay permit under the C16 Visa are prohibited from selling goods or services, or receiving payment, wages, or similar compensation for work or business activities from any individual or corporation in Indonesia.
